Smiling
I just read the comment on my last post and I'm smiling! You just have to love the way those Italians think!
I walked 1 mile in 17:30 last night - so my time is getting better but my hips still hurts - so that hurdle hasn't been cleared yet - It's such a slow process.

Take your time, very soon you will run as you like. Well, as an italian, I am glad you like the italian way of thinking.
