Working too much!
I've been puttting in way too many hours at work! It really stinks! It's so hard to do everything and I really want to walk, walk, walk really fast and do my exercises so I can run again! And then there is getting enough sleep, eating right - oh and don't forget the stuff around the house! The key is obviously in setting priorities and then following through! I'm working on it!
And on that note - I'm going to bed!

Well I would always making sleep and eating righjt the first property. I know this week I been living off fumes and I am sure my weight has gone up. Everything else becomes easier when those first 2 needs are met. If you get more done at work you do not have to work as much. Then you can go and run.
